Great customer service .
Shaun has always serviced our VW Transporter trade van which has run without a fault. Very well priced servicing. It's great having a mechanic we can trust and rely on! He was an absolute hero when I put the wrong fuel in our family car. After towing to Shift Up Autos, he had it back on the road very quickly. Highly recommend!
Have been bringing in my VW Golf GTI to Shaun for the last 4 years. Always been helpful with getting WoF and servicing sorted. Also completed a number of repairs such as replacing cam belt etc to a high standard. Top notch level of service at Shift Up Autos!!
While holidaying in Tauranga, had an issue with our VW Tiguan. Shaun and team were so helpful, friendly, accommodating and bent over backwards to help us. They gave expert advice & options, and then fixed the issue effectively and in super quick time. I can’t speak highly enough of Shaun and his team (and great coffee down Coffee Lane) and their great service. Shaun is an absolute legend!
Amazing team, excellent service and workmanship. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic and call a home mechanic.
