Kristen Orlando was our contact here and she was awesome! Met us at a Panera with our crazy wedding planning schedules and advised us that with the amount of time we would be in St. Lucia for our honeymoon to split out time over two different resorts. We didn't even know that was a thing! She maintained contact with us throughout the trip even when there was a hiccup or two, she was right there on the other end to advise us on how to get things fixed or improved.
