Owner, Coroner of Lancaster County, is simply oblivious to the needs of a professional medical practice. The practice runs several offices around Lancaster. He fired a conscientious employee on the spot for submitting a letter of resignation. The Franklin office is a very old office and was left without renovation for ages. My wife was in pain one day and was told to go to the emergency room because her doctor was no longer with the practice without any prior notice. Stephen Diamantonis Leola office is not functioning! Went there for bloodwork & sign on door closed due to staff shortage! No call letting me know that!!!! This office should close!

The Doctors are very good but the front staff is bad. Today I was in Franklin's office. The receptionist who had black hair is very rough. At all times I was there they were singing Tiktok songs and when I asked him why I had to wait so long he came out with a very bad attitude and told me that everywhere you have to wait. Doctors are very good but you must prepare people a little more before putting them to work with people
