Good care and attention at the clinic.
Entire team was professional and knowledgable. I hurt my leg and my mobility was limited The nurse wheeled me to X-ray and back again and I really appreciated that act of kindness
I was in a great deal of pain (among other things) from a recurring condition and knew I needed yet another round of antibiotics. Vadim comes in to the room leans against the counter with his arms cross and practically barks out "what is wrong with you?" While he did ultimately address my medical situation, his bedside manner was gruff and could nearly be taken as hostile. That being said, the front desk and nursing staff are always pleasant, helpful, and caring.
The staff and doctor were all very nice.
Front desk and nursing staff were excellent. My visit with RNP Pustynovich seemed cold and defensive. I was asked to see if my condition progressed and if it did I could return for possible treatment? I am not a frequent flyer at the clinic and would not have been there if I was not already continuing to get worse. Let with two prescriptions and no information. I am Sorry I needed his help today.
