I have been a customer at Vaden of Beaufort since 2018. I always have my service needs scheduled with Tory. Tory is ALWAYS very helpful and great at getting me the best deal for my purchase. I stick with Vaden Service because of TORY!!
Very friendly team
Friendly did a fine on my oil change on my brand new truck. Called me a couple weeks later trying to sell me an oil additive and that’s where you’re going to lose stars. GM doesn’t recommend oil additive and even includes that on the vehicle user manual. I’m unsure of their effect on the vehicle warranty but I would question that as well. Trying to upsell customers on something the manufacture specifically doesn’t recommend is a problem. Makes me question if they’re actually using the correct oil, definitely lost trust.
