The tech did not stop until the job was done right and the check in/out person gave multiple updates throughout the day traveling back and forth between the tech and myself. Unfortunately the prior glass shop had rewired the cameras and safety system wrong but the Hinesville Nissan tech got it all fixed. Something that should have been simple turned into a massive job but the tech stuck with it and got it done before the end of the day. I paid around $800+ for a service that was never completed. My car was with them for over a week, but it came back with the same issues. I ended up taking it to another shop, where I found out the coil replacement—something I was charged for—was never actually done. They also wanted me to paid for unnecessary repairs. They also claimed to have completed a reprogramming. My car key wasn’t working. Love this Nissan, they always do a really good job of taking care of me.
this was the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with any automotive dealer. From start to finish these people were hard to find or contact, had every excuse in the book why they couldn’t service my vehicle, and then after charging me $3000 for probably unnecessary repairs, they return the vehicle to me with the service engine light still on with no explanation. The only thing the service call achieved was to make sure I would never be a Nissan customer again
