My vehicle was in their possession for days and they did not give me any updates. They need to work on communicating with their customers.
The car is returned with the bumper fall out and the long distance radar somehow messed up. I self fix the sensor, but just require calibration programming. They didnt want to do calibration programming because its after market product installed. Has been spending at least 20k with them, transmission replacement etc.. my advisor Cynthia act like I’m the stranger , I may rather work with robot with no empathy
Very upset with this brand and dealership!! I probably should wait until my mechanic who WANTS to fix my car picks it up but honestly, I'm that angry right now and want to spare others the awful experience I had! I have a 2008 Cadillac STS with 106k miles on it. My aunt had it 8 years, I e had it for 4 years. Never had a problem with it other than your usual wear and tear.
