I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I went in for a perm yesterday and was told that Erica was amazing at them. Well after she put the rods in my hair, she informed me that she didn’t have the perm solution with the acid in it (the one she usually uses) but that she has a different one she found on the shelf that is made for older women’s hair and that I shouldn’t worry because it will still work. I had a terrible experience I paid 300$ for a full highlight and I didn’t even end up getting a full highlight. She said my hair was breaking off and she didn’t want to continue to lighten it but I’ve had my hair highlighted 2x sense with no issues. I was also there for 6 hours (bleach on for 4 no wonder it was “falling” out) and still had to pay full price even though I didn’t get the full service and the highlights weren’t even visible because she colored over them. I had to go get my hair fixed…
