I had a great experience at Vadala. It was my first visit and Danielle immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered several helpful suggestions, and did an amazing job! I’m so happy with the results — my hair looks and feels fantastic. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to this salon after my family in Portage recommended it—they've been regular customers for a while. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed because of the miscommunication around pricing. I was originally told that a glossing service costs $45. During my consultation, I asked about going a shade lighter, and I was told that the price would change to $50. I even repeated, "So it's just $5 more?" and was told yes.
