Tremendous family physician, it’s just very unfortunate when he left his practice to join the Excel Health clinic. They are potentially the worst administratively run health clinic in Calgary. Just check out the other google reviews. They have a 15 minute “hang-up” policy so now I don’t even bother trying to see my family doctor, I just got into a walk in clinic close to home as they are incredibly more efficient. This doctor is amazing. Thats where it ends. The problem is Excel health. You will start and endless days of frustration. You will never get by the receptionist to book an appointment. You will get by the receptionist to talk to the doctor. Either fire all the staff working there. Or hire 2 receptionist. Its disgusting the people Dr Lyle had before were amazing.
