I wanted a new vacuum and was tired of getting sub par vacuum cleaners. I had a good idea of what I wanted before I arrived. I was very surprised and happy with the prices and service I received. The owner is a super nice guy and it was nice to purchase a product from a small business rather than online or some big box store. The difference is going somewhere that specializes in the products you want and offering service. I already knew a decent vacuum is not cheap as quality products just like anything else cost more.
