Chris was honest and advised fixing my Miele power head was a lost cause due to some rust and other problems and he suggested I get a new turbo head. Wow, what a difference the new turbo head makes. It's like a brand new vacuum now! Chris could have milked this repair but he didn't because he is honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend you use him for your vacuum repair and supplies. He is even open on Saturday!
I was having issues with my Dyson vacuum. Chris, the owner, immediately took care of my problem and also gave me advice on another issue with a different vacuum that was very helpful. Chris was friendly, extremely reasonable price wise and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you take all your vacuum issues to Chris! Five star in my book!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didn’t work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. While returning the inoperable vacuum he sold me I paid for the initial repair on my vacuum. After taking my money he then told me he his card reader doesn’t work and to come back to refund it.
