Chris was honest and advised fixing my Miele power head was a lost cause due to some rust and other problems and he suggested I get a new turbo head. Wow, what a difference the new turbo head makes. It's like a brand new vacuum now! Chris could have milked this repair but he didn't because he is honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend you use him for your vacuum repair and supplies. He is even open on Saturday!
Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didn’t work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. While returning the inoperable vacuum he sold me I paid for the initial repair on my vacuum. After taking my money he then told me he his card reader doesn’t work and to come back to refund it. Great customer service! Owner was Very Nice! Have not picked up my repair yet, but I can tell this place is a Gem. Honestly means a lot! Pricing is reasonable.
I purchased a vacuum January. Chris agreed to trade the machine when I came back as I was unable to use the purchased machine due to a severe back issue. After a bit of time I realized the machine was not working well. I returned to Chris and he agreed to look at it and after some delay he said it needed a new motor. I brought my vacuum into vacuum and more and Chris took great care of me. A few months ago my Dyson needed repair and it was taken care of professionally and timely. More recently, the hose on the same vacuum needed to be replaced and once again, Chris took care of the issue professionally and timely. Thank you, Chris!
