Chris was honest and advised fixing my Miele power head was a lost cause due to some rust and other problems and he suggested I get a new turbo head. Wow, what a difference the new turbo head makes. It's like a brand new vacuum now! Chris could have milked this repair but he didn't because he is honest and trustworthy and I highly recommend you use him for your vacuum repair and supplies. He is even open on Saturday!
Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didn’t work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. While returning the inoperable vacuum he sold me I paid for the initial repair on my vacuum. After taking my money he then told me he his card reader doesn’t work and to come back to refund it. Chris is the man.His knowledge is extensive. I guess. It's because he's done this so long.He's seen most all of it. He has the experience and it shows feel comfortable coming here. I have known him for several years and he is the answer man.
I purchased a vacuum January. Chris agreed to trade the machine when I came back as I was unable to use the purchased machine due to a severe back issue. After a bit of time I realized the machine was not working well. I returned to Chris and he agreed to look at it and after some delay he said it needed a new motor. I had not heard from him and so I called in June and he said he would call me when it was ready. I have not heard back and filed a complaint with the BBB, requesting a refund at this point. Don’t go anywhere else! Chris is soso nice, knowledgeable and effective! He had my vacuum fixed before I even left the parking lot. Genius! He is also very fairly priced, quoted less than competitors in the area. I wish every business was this pleasant to deal with. Thanks, Chris!!!
