Robby is the man.His knowledge is extensive. It's because he's done this so long.He's seen most all of it. He has been around sewing and vacuum stores since he was about ten years old. His mother and grandfather and uncles have all had stores that he hung around and worked in. He has the experience and it shows feel comfortable coming here. I have known him for several years and he is the answer man. And if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it.
Robby and Chris are real pro's when it comes to sales and service. Small business is what made this country great and we need to support them. They may not be the lowest price however in the long run they turn out to be the best choice. Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didn’t work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. While returning the inoperable vacuum he sold me I paid for the initial repair on my vacuum. After taking my money he then told me he his card reader doesn’t work and to come back to refund it. Great customer service! Owner was Very Nice! Have not picked up my repair yet, but I can tell this place is a Gem. Honestly means a lot! Pricing is reasonable.
