Chris is the man.His knowledge is extensive. I guess. It's because he's done this so long.He's seen most all of it. He has the experience and it shows feel comfortable coming here. I have known him for several years and he is the answer man.
Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didn’t work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. I purchased a vacuum January. Chris agreed to trade the machine when I came back as I was unable to use the purchased machine due to a severe back issue. After a bit of time I realized the machine was not working well. I returned to Chris and he agreed to look at it and after some delay he said it needed a new motor. I had not heard from him and so I called in June and he said he would call me when it was ready. I have not heard back and filed a complaint with the BBB, requesting a refund at this point.
