Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didn’t work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. Great customer service! Owner was Very Nice! Have not picked up my repair yet, but I can tell this place is a Gem. Honestly means a lot! Pricing is reasonable.
