HORRIBLE!!!!! Don't know what this other guy was talking about. DO NOT GO HERE!! Horrible!!!! I brought my vacuum in for a COVERED warranty repair. The said no problem. All they have to do is CHARGE me $15 to start the process and then possible additional charges based on the time it takes them to fill out forms and preform the repair. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Warranty repairs are supposed to be FREE to the customer. The vacuum company pays you to handle their warranty work....not the customer. The worker was unbelievably rude... read more
Vacuum Zone is the best Great service, i was having hard time finding parts for an old Hoover. They were very friendly in explaining that Hoover has been bought out, and they still were able to find me my part for my Hoover Elite.
I used to come here all the time because of the great service I got, but today I was greeted by a unprofessional salesman (first time I see this guy) I WILL NOT bring my business here again! Very very rude salesman
