Can't believe I forgot to review this business! Great service and very helpful. We bought a Riccar from the store that has held up well. It came with a 5 year warranty which is nice. It's nice to see that good businesses with good people are still around.

If you are in the market for a vacuum check this place out! I had done some research online looking at a very high-end vacuum as I have multiple pets and needed something with a lot of suction, and would last. I figured I'd rather buy local in case I have questions, so I expected it would cost more. I called and the lady who answered the phone was super friendly and told me they had it in stock. Excellent and rapid repair at an affordable price. Knowledgeable staff with in-house classes. You really can't go wrong with the team. Spend some time finding your next new or used vacuum or sewing machine.

The gentleman that helped us was so knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with me. I had no idea what I wanted, needed or should even be looking for and he took time to go through everything, help me decide based on what I felt was best for me and then took the time to acquaint me with the types of things I should look out for, use etc. He never rushed me or made me feel out of my realm. My husband bought me a wonderful machine and supplies and I am looking forward to a long relationship with the store and it's staff!
