Called to see if they might have a part for my old Dyson vacuum cleaner. The guy who answered, Robert, was a complete jerk and would not tell me if they carried the part unless I brought it in. Also, indicated that I should not try to repair it myself since they are so brittle. Would not help me at all. I won't be using them for any repairs!

Honest Robert at Vacuum Express treats me well. My hose broke and he examined it and suggested a new one. He didn't have it in stock, so he went on Amazon and directed me to the right hose to purchase. All is well when you go to your local vacuum cleaner guy and he helps you 100%. Thanks Robert for great service and I'll be back. John Paul

The business owner is a very nice and informative man. I've been around various types of equipment and machines most my life. I came up short on vacuum cleaner general knowledge. Robert will tell you what seems like a lot to consume, but he builds it in easy to understand bite-size pieces. This gives you overall understanding to any of your questions to help clarify the answer. Thank you Robert, good to know at my age I can still learn new things.

Took our vacuum in and was assuming it would be "dead on arrival." Not only was it fixable, but we were shown some very useful tips on serving our vacuum. We dodged a rather expensive replacement by seeking help here. Thank you very much. The kicker? I had to insist on paying something! Simple things often go a lot way, even when it wasn't much to do - it was well worth the knowledge I didn't have before. I will be back here for all our needs.
