Find Another Vacuum Repairman!!! I gave 1 star because it won't let me put 0 stars. I took my vacuum the Vacuum Doctor in Dec '09 / Jan '10 timeframe due to a belt problem. When the guy (I think he is one of the owners) opened the housing, we saw there was a broken piece & he told me it needed a new housing that would be very expensive but he could get a used one for less.
