No customer service at all. The lady in there today was as rude as you can get. I would never darken their door again
Terrible!! Total scam artists. Never go here! They scammed my parents with a $1200 faulty vacuum. Never worked right from day one and yet they absolutely refused to take the vacuum back, fix it or do anything about it. Claimed that it was "normal" because it was new? This literally makes no sense at all. Also, not that it matters when the vacuum doesn't work right anyways but why was it missing attachments it was suppose to come with.
