This isn't a store to do business with. First they hand you this booklet, hoping you don't read the entire thing because they have a non-refundable policy. Shouldn't that be something that should be displayed at the entrance. I was supposed to pickup my repaired vacuums on Saturday(gave to them on Thursday). Told them I couldn't.
