I scheduled duct cleaning over the phone. The process was thorough and I was provided with a quote by the end of the phone call. The furnace in my apartment is located in a unique place above the steps which I mentioned over the phone and sent a photo of. Servicemen showed up 3 days later and refused to complete the job.
