We recently had Vacu-Man come and clean our furnace, ducts and dryer vent. Charlene and Joey did an amazing job and went above and beyond. They are both very thorough, knowledgeable and personable! We will definitely be recommending the company to our family, friends, and neighbours!

We booked a spot the week before. Their customer service team followed up promptly and were thorough in their responses to our questions. They even followed up to remind us before the appointment. On the day of our service, the technicians came within the expected time frame. Joe and Terrence, our technicians, were thorough, polite, and very knowledgeable.
