Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called for duct cleaning, provided my address, square footage, number of furnaces all the details she asked for. She quoted me $500. I simply asked what was included in that price. That is a completely normal and reasonable question when someone is charging $500. When I asked whether the furnace fan cleaning was included, she said they don’t open the furnace and that only a gas technician can do that.
