I had VacRock come out to investigate a failing unit and perform preventative maintenance on a second. They arrived on time and respected our home by taking off their shoes. The customer service, politeness, workmanship and comprehensive analysis was top notch. It is truly a pleasure using VacRock and the price was surely worth the peace of mind.
