The process was simple, I did have a problem with a light being out, but they did take care of it right away. My only complaint is that they don’t tell you about the $300 deposit in advance when you are filling out the paperwork online. Other than that people were great and service was quick.
This is one of the worst car places I ever rented from not only do they want a $300 deposit to rent they rob me on the price. They charge me more for taxes than to rent the car itself I brought back the car clean then what it was. And they still ain't gave me my deposit 5 days later that's unheard of my bank clears in 3 days there robbing me
