Great experience with all the employees.
Only had oil changes, tires rotated, fluids checked. $105 for my f150, guess that's not a bad price. They're not in Brooklyn anymore, combined with Ford in Putnam now. Time frame they quoted was right on. They said one hour, it was finished in one hour. I might have given 5 stars but like I said I only had a oil change.
My sales experience was the most amazing Alexis and ROCKY did great over the phone sales. The process was painless and Tim did a great delivery. It was a quick easy transition and I am enjoying the vehicle and the value very much.
