Ed Kraus and his team guided me through a scary and painful time-an allergic reaction to a flu shot that rendered me unable to use my right arm and left me with a debilitating chronic pain condition. Ed managed the government vaccine system, the chaos of a legal battle, and my fear with mastery. I am eternally grateful for his knowledge, humor and expertise.
