Unacceptable. Called and was scheduled for an appointment. Called to confirm upcoming appointment and was told that there is no record of an appointment being made and the doctor does not accept the insurance even though were told previously that he does. Got the run around from the scheduling receptionist and were told we need special approval from the insurance company which the insurance company says is not necessary. Would love to give him a five star review but the office staff has not sent the paperwork work in the even after several calls to them so I haven’t received my medication.

I went to Dr. Vaccaro back in 2017 for constant headaches, dizziness and indescribable feelings. He had sent me for an MRI that he said came back “unremarkable” and had no plan on how to properly treat my symptoms. 7 years later, November 2024, I decided to return to Dr. Vaccaro with the same concerns and the idea that I was having some sort of focal aware seizure in which he said “he didn’t think that could be possible” and believed I had vertigo and that what I was describing did not make sense. The doctor is great, however if you actually need a neurologist kind-of soon, the only available appointment being 2 months away is pretty useless.
