Managed to void my warranty and refuse replacement of a part after determining that the machine was damaged by storms. They had no way of determining this based on the weather and the way they were testing the unit. Just to top it all off, I got a second opinion from a Daikin Specialist dealer who fixed the issue in less then 2 hours from call out. Not only was the issue not storm damage, I was also misdiagnosed and quoted for the WRONG PART. Trying to charge a customer $2,000 for the wrong part is wild works. Cheers for mak... read more
