I had never used VacayHome Connect before, but due to a natural event (act of God) we were not able to take our vacation. I called my representative from VacayHome, Raju, and was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. Although we did not book our trip directly through them, he treated me as their most important client and was successfully able to get me a refund even though the cancellation date had already passed. Kudos to Raju! I will be using VacayHome Connect in the future.

Raju was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend using VacayHome for you home away from home experience.

Raju was very helpful in helping us with our reservation, he was kind courteous and took our calls after hours before our check in for questions. We were very happy with our reservation and our kids preferred our vacay home better than our Disney resort. Thank you Raju.
