I booked an air bnb reservation under this company for a graduation party. The listing noted that it was an entire home with a king size bed, bedroom. On the day I arrived to check in, I find out the booking is for a single bedroom and not an entire home. My guest count was 15 - 20 people. Clearly, a single bedroom is not a large enough for this quantity guest count. I was also charged more in fees with this company than if I would have booked with the venue itself. Raju was very helpful in helping us with our reservation, he was kind courteous and took our calls after hours before our check in for questions. We were very happy with our reservation and our kids preferred our vacay home better than our Disney resort. Thank you Raju.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience at a lovely place I recently stayed. It was very nice, conveniently close to the parks, which made our visit incredibly enjoyable. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service we received throughout our stay. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend considering this option!

Booked at the Foxhole Location in VA this weekend. Friend who booked it sent ID on Tuesday. No response. She followed up today only to get an email from them MORNING of the check in that the location was changed from VA to DC???? We paid to stay in VA and not DC for a reason. Absolute scam of a company. Do not book with these people VRBO or Airbnb. They're unresponsive and most importantly, they don't honor your reservation. Absolutely terrible. Never booking with them again and recommending them to ANYONE.
