BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RENTAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY! We had our beautiful beach-front home with Jenifer Vance/Vacay Time and in the beginning things were great - until they weren't. We are Texans, but now live in the midwest and purchased this home to escape the winters, so we are at the mercy of our property manager to manage our property. Vacay Time is 2 years old. Prompt attention to guests needs as well as the owners. Housekeeping team is thorough and consistent. Management puts the guest experience top of the list and it shows with excellent turnovers and high occupancy rates. If issues arise, they are promptly addressed to ensure guest and owner experiences are heightened!
They intentionally withhold pay from there latino employees who work very hard cleaning there units, assuming the undocumented have no means of recourse. Assuming it was one small latino company that was owed more then 10,000, but now its 3. Ashame hard working latino familys just trying to make a living fall victim to these scamming businesses
