Vacay Stay and Play has been managing my first property for almost 2 years now and have taken the stress away from being an owner, they've been wonderful to work with!
The vacation rentals are super accommodating, clean, and beautiful! I absolutely loved renting them, they had everything we needed! The managers are very attentive and friendly, definitely an all around great experience!
I can't say enough good things about these folks. I live in DFW and own two properties in Rockport. They take care of everything for me. They take care of all the bookings and communication with all of our guests and keep me up to date on anything that may need to be replaced and help facilitate any work that I may need done. They have their own cleaning crew and they're very particular as to who they hire to clean.
