On my way to SJ and tire pressure light turned on I wanted to stop and make sure my tire was ok to go further. So I stopped at this Vacaville tire shop and they sold me a use tire which I know it won’t last as long but I drove back to Sacramento after getting to SJ that night and my tire pressure came on I said oh no what can it be since it was late I let it go by all night. I advice to whoever goes inside this so called business, please to stay away. The large person, I believe he is the owner, so rude, he needs a wakeup call. I went to ask for a patch, and how much, 20 bucks seems reasonable, how ever I asked if they can do it , he replied we are going to do a plug, I said no thank you , (clearly I wanted a patch up because I dont trust a plug, it could become loose)he got upset and curse me out in his language. “I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. The customer service was poor, and the owner/staff spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner. The way they talk to customers is not professional at all. I was also not satisfied with the quality of the tires and service I received. Overall, I felt misled and would not recommend this place to others. Customer service and respect for customers need serious improvement.”
