The larger gentleman sitting at the desk was extremely rude. When i arrived the technician got to work instantly and took my tire off while i went and talked to the manager. We walked back out together and he told me to go inside and he will be right there for me to pay, but i said no, i want to see the tire before i pay. I had an emergency flat tire situation, and the owner, Amir was able to take me in on such short notice. Paul replaced two tires on my Genesis and made sure everything was done perfectly. What really stood out to me was how carefully he handled my car, you can tell they truly respect their customers’ vehicles.
