Where do I start, the last 3 times I’ve taken my truck here I’ve had a bad experience. They haven’t rotated my tires or done a proper inspection on my vehicle. I set one of my tires at 31psi and the other 3 at 35psi before I took my vehicle in. When I got my truck back all my tires were the same as when I brought them in. They wrote that my windshield wipers were in good shape but they are not, I know I needed to replace them as the blades are coming apart. They have taken care of my 2019 F-450 going on 4 years now & have always taken care of me & tried to give me discounts when possible.
They picked up and delivered car from my work, did the work in time frame promised.
I want to start by saying that I very rarely write reviews; this is, in fact, the fourth review I have ever written in my life, and it is well deserved. To start with, the technicians at QuickLane in Vacaville do excellent and thorough work. However, the management is detrimental to the customer at this location.
