About three weeks ago, I went to get the 100,000 mile service of my F-150. You know the most critical service for the life of your vehicle. I was rubbed wrong with Antonio Gonzales. He quoted me a price for the service. His demeanor was an off-putting because his reaction to my shock of the cost. I cancelled my appointment with quicklane. Where do I start, the last 3 times I’ve taken my truck here I’ve had a bad experience. They haven’t rotated my tires or done a proper inspection on my vehicle. I set one of my tires at 31psi and the other 3 at 35psi before I took my vehicle in. When I got my truck back all my tires were the same as when I brought them in. They wrote that my windshield wipers were in good shape but they are not, I know I needed to replace them as the blades are coming apart.
