Never called back -- idk, maybe they did but didn't recognize the number: rather than tune up the in-law's pool we rented a hotel room and my kid swam on that pool then took in-laws out to lunch downtown, worked all the same
Terrible service, I called 3-4 times, spoke to them about getting service for my pool - was given the runaround and "we will call you back" - they never called back. I will take my business elsewhere.
Scheduled an appointment for pool service and safety fence estimate weeks in advance. Never heard from anyone. Then day of appointment, confirmed appointment for the afternoon. Waited around all day, no one showed. Left a message about my disappointment. No response. Very poor service, would not recommend.
I contacted this business four days ago looking for service and still, they haven't called me back yet.
