Horrible customer service and the facility is absolutely filthy!! One of the Dirtiest nail salons I’ve ever been to. Called and spoke to the owner female asked if I could come in for an appointment , she said “YES” came in now , came straight down there at 6:10 and was told no. After I drove all the way down here because they’re closing at seven. That’s 50 minutes. That’s almost an hour. If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up to my appointment at 10:30 as requested by the owner. The shop was closed when I arrived. I was there to receive a pedi and lash extensions. Had to wait another 15 mins to be serviced a pedicure. The employees never wash their hands and proceed from customer to customer. On top of it all, my toes look hideous as the nail tech left paint all over my skin. The gel color is lumpy. I will never return to this place.
