I used to have Kaiser and yhe difference is immediately noticable. Here you aren't kust a number and the care is catered to my needs. The employees care about my well-being and the doctors actually listen. I would NEVER have guessed that County care could've been so wonderful.

Therapist here are under qualified for treating patients with anything more than depression. The license and marriage family therapist there has been divorced and is too casual with her clients. The supervisor seems in over his head and simps for the only therapist that remains employed at this facility. Try the Fairfield location or pay for a private practice.

After a year and a half of therapy, I was dropped without explanation. They played it off as if I am cured and no longer need treatment. My therapist crossed boundaries by treating me like a friend, telling me about her life and the details you would only share with close friends. Texting was allowed between her and I, she encouraged it, until she decided it was now inappropriate. Nicole took me all the way to court cause I text her on her personal cell phone number.
