Took my vehicle in for an oil change that I was told was covered since I bought the car new from them. The service scheduler even told me it was covered when scheduling but when I got in they told me I had to pay for the oil change after they completed the service. The last time I brought the car in they told me the part that was for a recall wasn’t available. Took our Fit there for an oil change. They informed us that there was a leak on our transmission and we needed a new one. I never noticed any leak before so we took it to another mechanic. There was not leak, only grime and oil from driving. Needless to say we will never go back to Vacaville honda.
Darek was awesome in the sales. I have no experience regarding service department, can't comment on their service center.
Always friendly service and accommodating.
