They do good work but they really need to work on picking the phone up. I called them several times during posted business hours (outside of lunch) and they do not pick up. No call back on my voicemails either. Not sure if it is intentional since they have enough clients by now, but it does not project professionalism. It was the deciding factor for me on moving on to another dentist.
Best dentist I’ve been to ever. I’ve tried a few different places over the years and haven’t been wowed by anyone till this place. Honestly, top notch. They caught a lot of mistakes of my former dentist but didn’t talk bad about the other business. Kept it professional and just recommended some fixes. They have dealt with me losing a few crowns and always do it with smiles and encouragement. Will recommend this place to all my family and friends.
They do good work but they really need to work on customer service. I often call them and they do not pick up the phone- it goes straight to voicemail. I wish they were more responsive especially if you don't have all day to go there in person or wait for them to finally pick up the phone.
