Not great customer service, bad communication between them and actual rental managers.
This company is no longer in business and is still accepting reservations. Everyone in their office is gone except for a few remaining people collecting money before they close the doors.
We have had the worst experience with VactionRoost and the Vacation Insurance they work with; Vacation Guard. We were supposed to take a 2 day holiday on March 1st, and the roads were closed into Keystone, CO. Not only did we not get to use the townehome, but we are still fighting for the "insured" refund that it looks like we will not get. Buyer, BEWARE!!! Read all the policies, get the policy in writing before you purchase, VacationRoost will not refund and will pass the buck. Very sad too, looked like a great place to vac... read more
We rented an amazing property in Breckenridge to entertain clients, and they were beyond impressed! I knew that our event was as important to Ashley as it was to us when I got a text late at night telling me to check my email right away! After a long and specific search, she'd found a place that was absolutely perfect for us, exactly- or better than- described, we will be booking the same home next year, excellent service, perfect property, we are happy!
