Convenient and well run storage place. Customer service may vary depending on phone or email, but you can rent online and email interactions have been great.
I have had my rental unit in Huron, OH for over 20 years, and the handoff to the Vacationland Group went smoothly. No problems moving into a smaller unit. Paying monthly by credit card was much easier.
I love this place! They are always so kind when I call, especially Mary.. she is the BEST hands down! She is always there to help and has always been there for me since day one 😊 she actually understands and cares for her people and is a sweet, sincere, and genuine person. And of course, the facility is nice & clean and very secure as well. I highly recommend Vacationland Storage.
