Customer service is excellent! Felt comfortable storing my expensive items there knowing it was gated with a large gate and cameras. Best place around!!
Utilized Vacationland for storage during a stressful time in my life. They made the experience start to finish stress free. Any problems they resolved without issue, friendly staff on site to answer questions and provided some great recommendations. Great pricing, Modern secure and clean facilities, dry units kept my valuables safe, secure and temperate.
So we had a storage unit from vacationland storage. Was a good experience till I noticed they were charging for insurance that they really didn’t have as I asked the policy information as my wife went to grab a suitcase and mice got into it and destroyed most of her vacation clothing. So at this point she like we need to move are stuff so as we are taking stuff we came across mice and rat feces they got into boxes of books left dog food in are bin so at this point I want to file a claim on the insurance they provided and the... read more

I would definitely recommend Vacationland Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to store their belongings!
I rented two large units and got them at a fair price. The units were clean and weather proof. Even though a harsh winter. They had free access to some dollies, snow shovels and brooms. The Sanford location has an office and they were able to help me with anything that came up. Great customer service. Friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.
