Currently very disappointed in this place. Had really good interactions with them over the years. Never bought from them, as they seemed pretty pricey relatively but always had great interactions at RV shows and on phone (hence the one star added). Started storing there just for a month or so and pulled my trailer for use. Was told my account/card on file would be deactivated and I could simply start up again when I returned - I just wouldn't be guaranteed the same spot. Purchased our very first rv from Noah. The experience was awesome and efficient. Would 100% recommend. Joel and Mike we also are huge help in getting ready for this adventure.
We just purchased our third travel trailer from Vacationland. We love the laid back yet professional atmosphere. Marisol was able to answer all of our questions and gave us a great price on the trailer we chose. If you are thinking about a travel trailer, check them out. You will not be disappointed. 3 season underbelly is All good. Pro job guys. Vacationland service dept. The pulls / gates rusted needed to be replaced. Luckily both tanks were empty. They would not close. Had to pound on the with a hammer. Finaly left the campground. While the trailer was being repaired the sealed the roof. Thanks, really didn't want to go up there. Had to wait 10 days for parts. Seamed like forever. But on the 3 week they said it was done. I'm happy with that.
Great experience, it was our first time buying an RV! Joel and Noah were such a great help letting us tour multiple models answering our questions and giving us great advice, and helping us through the purchasing process. Even their service department was excellent in helping us do our final walkthrough. We decided on the 2026 231bh Connect Mini and haven’t had a single second thought. Great place and great people! Highly recommend!
