This review is overdue but our experience was top notch and can’t recommend Vacationland enough. Tom answered our questions quickly and was easy to work with for booking. Scott helped us check in when we picked up the camper and was equally as great. Camper was great and just what our family needed to spend time upta camp. We have been renting RVs from Vacationland Rentals for many years now, and the experience has always been flawless. Tom is a true pleasure to work with, and he takes pride in his campers (always clean and well maintained), always going above and beyond to help in case of small issues, and is just a great person. Trustworthy, friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. So many family vacation memories have been made with the help of the great campers he drops off for us.
Experienced campers and first-time customers, we chose to pick up the camper ourselves, the process was quick and easy, good instructions on how to operate the features, and we were quickly on our way. We rented a 2023 camper. Great sized camper for our family of four plus the two rental kids. We had an issue with the fridge that couldn't be fixed in the field, but the owner made it up to us without asking upon dropping off. Drop off went as quickly as the pick. No complaints. Will be back.
Tom saved our vacation! After having my original RVShare reservation get canceled I found Vacationland Rentals. Tom was so accommodating and easy to work with I couldn’t have asked for better. This vacation was really a family reunion, with people coming from all parts of the country. It had been planned for over 3 years and thanks to Tom and Vacationland Rentals we had a wonderful time.
