Vacationland on Hayes Avenue was a very bad experience, the older teller lady inside around noon today was very rude and unhelpful. I simply had issues with joint banking and she was just nasty and very unwelcoming. I didn't get her name but terrible customer service. I will be withdrawing and closing account.
Need to treat customers with respect at the window - no matter if they are senior citizens or not. Both girls were rude and the additional girl listening to the conservation I was having with my teller, both girls laughed at me because I could not remember the month and I thought I was current on the loan. This credit union has never really had anything special for its members - that is why I have changed credit unions.
