Vacation Village homeowners deserve better. The HOA is overcharging for repairs, hiring relatives, and still hasn’t replaced the roofs. HOA President Karen is unprofessional, even contacting our guests after hours about matters already handled by the manager Nicholas. The cleanliness of the units is awful—they clearly aren’t doing deep cleans, and it must be a new crew. Now we’ve got a young man riding the HOA’s golf cart at 1 a.m.—a huge liability risk. As homeowners in Vacation Village who depend on renting our property as a source of income, we are outraged and deeply disappointed with how the HOA is mismanaging this community. The facilities are deteriorating, and the roofs—critical to protecting our investments—are still not replaced.
