I did a ski lease at 2560 Lake Forest, unit #3, using Vacation Tahoe and was ripped off at the end by both the condo owner and Vacation Tahoe. Despite being an easy sole tenant, gone half the time, being amenable allowing the owners to enter the condo, generating minimal to no wear and tear, paying the full amount in advance, the owners decided to charge me $170 for sheets that had a stain on them, yet not give me those sheets to use. They won’t give you your deposit back, no matter how perfectly clean you leave it. I clean professionally for a living and I left the place better than I found it. I get that the cleaners are cheating them, but instead of acting like it’s out of their hands, they should take responsibility. Definitely would not recommend renting through them.
