Very disappointing experience with Vacation Tahoe. Upon arrival, the sheets were dirty and left wet in the washer, dishes were still in the dishwasher, and the internet was down for three days. When we contacted Vacation Tahoe about the cleanliness issue, they did not take responsibility and instead made excuses, stating that our check-in was a back-to-back and the cleaners may have left the laundry behind. I do not recommend this company. In my experience, they failed to take accountability when issues arose, and their lack of responsibility was extremely disappointing. They even entered our house well after we had cancelled our agreement with them, and signed up with another Property Management company. Very unethical. I called them out on it and got hung up on. The team at Vacation Tahoe are a joy to work with! They help us manage our vacation rental and do a great job giving us advice on how to optimize our rental. They get back to me super quickly and are always proactive!

As a North Tahoe condo owner since 1987, I strongly recommend other owners work with O'Neal Brokers/Vacation Tahoe.
