Kevin is a real loser he comes off nice and professional trying to reel you in and then once you sign on its a whole new ball game. He constantly tells you the check is in the mail. We are still waiting on March & April's rent. We are in May the middle of May. He avoids phone calls. He does not call you back he still has our key he has not returned the original key to our condo. We are constantly calling.him and asking him about our check and our key. I would not recommend him as your property manager at all.. He is in it ju... read more

My fiancé and I booked for 10 days. I booked back in March. A few days before we were supposed to come Kevin contacted me and said the air conditioner broke and it wasn’t able to be rented because of this. He let me choose between 2 rooms. I chose one but I said when this becomes available if I could get into that one since I paid for that one. We got into our room. It was decent until I found 3 palmetto bugs. They look exactly like cockroaches. I called Kevin and he assured me that this was normal. They spray for these bugs... read more
