Nice people... however...they admittedly censor reviews about properties they manage. Had a horrible experience while renting Havens 614. Just bad accommodations with wildly uncomfortable bedding. I was told "well gee no one else has complained so it must be you". I wrote an honest review (twice just in case I was doing it wrong) to help others but it hasn't appeared. As an owner of a unit in the North Tower of Barefoot, we have been very pleased with this agency. They have been helpful in recommendations, bookings, and administering all facets of care for our condo. Housekeeping has been extraordinary in all they do, even when one booking is quickly followed by the next. They are always pleasant when I call with a question. We are thrilled with our choice and in having peace of mind, especially since we reside out of state.
The professional and outstanding customer service provided by Ms Mary Copeland went above and beyond the normal when she assisted me in locating some important items I left behind after my stay at BFL. Ms Copeland was able to locate my gear and ship it to me and that was well received. Ms Copelands attitude and pleasant demeanor is joy to experience. Ms Mary Copeland is a quintessential employee.
We always have an amazing experience when we book with Vacation Rentals of North Myrtle Beach. Big shout out to Mary and Patty for making it possible for us to come in a day early so we could enjoy this place an extra day. The staff is friendly and so accommodating and the Yacht Club is awesome. The location is close to everything yet tucked enough away that it is a peaceful and perfect vacation stay. I would highly recommend to anyone!!
