Beautiful resort. Had a seasonal discount on rates which made this appealing. Very quick response to concerns regarding uncomfortable mattress and immediately fix. Very nice amenities and staff.
We arrived and the pool and hot tub was not working. Nothing was advised to us when we booked the room that the pool and hot tub would not be working. And when we complained they offered us a pizza. That is not acceptable. You advertise a pool and hot tub and you did not follow through with what you advertised. Also we had 4 people in our condo and 2 people took a bath and the hot water was gone. I live in a home with 6 people and don't have this issue. I will say for the money spent I am very disappointed.
