We’ll never get tired of praising VROCNJ. In the last two years we have used VROCNJ exclusively. we have had 17 weeks rented in 2025 and 16 weeks in 2026 (so far, last week we rented the first 2 weeks in September. VROCNJ has kept us booked from late-May to Mid-September; not bad considering most say it is a 10 week season. We are The Penthouse at the Hanscom listing 49

We love listing our beach front home with VROCNJ, it is super easy to navigate their website. We prefer to be able to connect with our tenants/families personally to ensure that their stay is up to par with their expectations and in the event that they need anything or would like to contact us directly, they can. We are able to post all of our information, photos and rates creating an easier experience for people to find their perfect spot for their families vacation.

VROCNJ is a great tool for listing my property in Ocean City. I booked out my entire peak Summer season in 2026 at the same rates guests pay on other sites and was able to save them money while putting more money towards my expenses for one, very reasonable annual cost. The leads have been qualified, the process has been easy and the guests have been very appreciative.
