I have had a great experience with using VRLBI to rent my place for the last 8 years. I am able to add a realtor to handle the inquiries and interact with the renters each week but I am copied to keep track of activity. I know others work directly with renters which seems to work well. I chose to have the convenience of someone managing the process. VRLBI (listing #427) has been the best way to acquire wonderful renters. I especially enjoy being able to directly connect with them. Everyone feels comfortable that they have the perfect fit. Duane and his team are amazing and always accessible. You’re not dealing with a computer. Duane personally addresses your concerns. I highly recommend VRLBI for renters and owners alike.

The VRLBI site is exceptional . It provides an easy way to list my house, display photos and provide information about my rental. Unlike other sites, I am able to communicate directly with potential tenants and control the leasing process. Additionally, Whitney has provided me with excellent marketing advice. Listing # 3072.

For their cost to value it's a great deal. They don't take a commission, it's only a modest yearly cost which works out for renters and owners. You can even reach out to an actual human to have a conversation about strategies which is helpful.
