Scammers, stay away
3 years later, and noticing previous reviews mention amenities that are promised are not as advertised. Just want to say that it's still true today. The hot tub is non-functional. The pool is not heated. Called the rental agency and they claimed they're send someone out (never did). The "theater room" is non-functional. It's a big TV with a bunch of couches. Great place for small reunions since the HOA only allows about 14 people to stay even though more can easily stay. House was great for entertaining and barbecuing. Theater sound system was not fully functional and the pool table (advertised) was no where to be found. Heated pool and jacuzzi was not heated at all and it looks like this has been an ongoing problem. We loved the house and the area of Cinnamon Beach. The only thing we had problems with was the pool. The house is advertised as having a heated pool and spa. It was not working when we arrived and I immediately called and talked to Stephanie. She sent someone over on Monday that was familiar with the system. We felt it should have happened on Saturday when we called. The person she sent over, Star, said it was working it was just a poor system, but it should start heating.
