Very poor service. We arrived Sat evening and found there’s no toilet paper anywhere in the house. No backup storage, no boxed tissues. One bathroom is leaking and cannot be used for shower. The service team did nothing and kept asking us to search in the house, and asked us drive out at Sat evening to buy toilet paper. The service is ridiculously poor. Each unit seems separately owned. Management companies rent and service the units. Our unit was dated and could use new carpet and some furniture, but everything was functional. Carpeting could have been cleaner. Outside Common stairs to the units are in serious decay. Some steps were repaired but others were cracking and edges were broken off. Seemed very dangerous and unstable for concrete stairs. Would not recommend it for people with people that can't skip a step or manage stairs well.

The beds are Lumpy , but it is very close to the lake .
